TRIBE LAUNCHES 2ND ISRAEL HANDBOOK

This June sees the launch of the second edition of Tribe’s ‘Israel Handbook’ which covers everything Tribe for Gap Year students in Israel.

The handbook highlights how Tribe Israel, led by Merissa Gross and supported by Rabbi Gideon Sylvester, provides a framework of activity and support for Tribe members throughout their gap year. As well as acting as a constant source of advice and counsel for members, Tribe Israel organises several keynote events which have included a Shabbaton at the Hyatt for over 200 students, a dinner hosted by the Chief Rabbi, Tribe Israel Leadership Training (TILT) and home hospitality.

Emma Hart currently on a Gap Year at MMY commented “Tribe Israel events enable all UK students to get together regardless of what we have been doing on our gap year which is something very unique and special.”

The Tribe Israel Handbook also has details of where Tribe members can use their Tribe membership cards to get special deals at a number of restaurants and on mobile phones.

The Tribe Israel Handbook is available for all Tribe members on a Gap Year in Israel and distributed in Israel by the Tribe team.
