Community Services Director
Edinburgh-born David Kaplan currently works as the Director of Community Services which encompasses Living and Learning, US Chesed and Tribe as well as responsibility for Communities, US Membership and Marriage Liaison. Having graduated from the University of Glasgow, he is a former Chairman of the UJS (Union of Jewish Students) and the former Executive Director of UJIA Renewal Scotland.
