In loving memory of Dr Benjamin Angel z"l

Benjamin became a doctor to help others, and for him, Tikkun Olam, 'repairing the world', was a paramount principle. He knew that time was precious and believed that actions speak louder than words. As Hillel said: If not now, when?

Benjamin died aged 26 on Erev Rosh Hashanah 5766 of cystic fibrosis (CF), the most common inherited fatal genetic disease.

The Dr Benjamin Angel Foundation undertakes charitable projects in the Jewish community, in Israel and in the medical field, all of which they believe Benjamin would have been proud. The Foundation is the co-sponsor of Project Chesed.
