Our President & Trustees

The Trustees of the United Synagogue are elected to take on overall responsibility for what is a large and complex charity. They serve for a three-year term. The current team assumed office in July 2011.

Jonathan Miller - Vice President

Jonathan Miller was elected as a Vice President in July 2011. He has served on the executive at Hendon Synagogue for six years, most recently serving as Chairman of the community for three years.

He previously served on the board of management and as financial representative of St John's Wood Synagogue for many years.Jonathan has been a governor of Hasmonean Primary School for many years and recently retired as chairman of the governing body.

Jonathan is a chartered accountant who works for a group of property companies and is married with five children
